Bluestone: A blue-grey Sandstone found in northeastern US quarries. 

"Sandstone is a coarse-grained, sedimentary rock consisting of consolidated masses of sand deposited by moving water or by wind. The rock is composed of quartz. The color of the rock is determined by the cementing material, iron oxides."
